Turbulence Training - The Truth About Weight Loss

Turbulence Training is an exercise program that teaches you how to get into the best shape of your life without having to do hours of useless cardio everyday. Craig Ballantyne exploits the myths about cardio and explains how interval training is the best way to boost your metabolism and burn fat. Many people struggle everyday to lose weight but always get burned out from having to do a hour of cardio everyday. Cardio alone will not get you in the best shape of your life because when doing only cardio, you will lose weight to only become a skinner version of your former not so skinny self. In order to lose weight, change your shape, build long lean muscle, and get rid of unwanted body fat you have to include the right balance of cardio and weight lifting which is what Turbulence Training will teach you.

Turbulence Training teaches you the importance of weight lifting mixed with cardio so your work out will be effective. This combination of cardio and weight lifting is called interval training. Interval training is the most effective way to lose weight while shaping, toning, and building long lean muscle. The five most common myths Craig Ballantyn explains in his book Turbulence Training are, you have to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach to burn fat; you have to do cardio in the fat burning zone to lose weight; you have to do cardio seven days a week; you have to do cardio twenty minutes in order to start burning fat; and you can't lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. The truth that Turbulence Training points out is that you can burn calories, burn belly fat, and build muscle by doing weight training exercise with minimal cardio. Now that you know the truth about cardio, weight training, and interval training there is no reason why you can't get into the best shape of your life. Turbulence Training also comes in two programs, one that focus on men and one that focus on women.

If you are wondering about the cost of Turbulence Training, it is $39.95 for the basic edition and $97.00 for the deluxe edition which can be broken up into two payments of $48.50.

Benefits of Turbulence Training

A major factor in people giving up their fitness programs and New Year's resolutions before the end of February is the fact that they don't have time! There is so much to be done at work (there's a promotion to chase), the kids are all over the place and hardly allow you to get some downtime of your own, getting to the gym is a real drag because after the long commute from work you are just so tired. The only thing you can think of is that long hot shower, dinner, and then bed.

Personally, if I was stuck in a situation like that, these are what I would want from my fitness program:

1. It should be doable even with less equipment - at home even if necessary

2. It should not gobble up hours of my time per day - as it is I don't have enough, and 2 hours a day to dedicate to looking good would be a luxury I could hardly afford

3. It should not need me doing all sorts of esoteric exercises that I hardly have the mobility to do for best results (yoga anyone?)

4. I should not have to invest in expensive supplements just to make the program work as advertised - it should work without the fancy stuff

5. It should be flexible enough for me to pick up from where I left off

6. I should be able to see visible results within a month at the most - I can't keep slogging away for months on end with some sort of blind faith in my heart that someday this is going to work.

7. The program should address various physical qualities, not just one! I should get stronger, lose fat, gain muscle and even become more athletic

8. Social support for the program would be an important factor in the whole exercise, as it can often mean the difference between victory and defeat

This is where Turbulence Training may be most useful for me. 3 workouts a week, at perhaps an hour max per workout. The rest of the week I have time off to chill with the family or friends, read a good book, watch a nice movie, or just plain do more work at the office for when I feel like a workaholic.

Applying these criteria it is fairly easy to see that Turbulence Training may be the best choice for not only busy people, but those who would rather spend their life actually doing something they like, rather than just getting ready for life while it passes one by. Not a good thing at all!

Is Turbulence Training Effective?

I assume that the reason you are reading this article is because of the fact that you have heard about the Turbulence Training program, but that you may be doubtful of its effectiveness. For this reason I am dedicating this article to inform you as to whether the Turbulence Training program is authentic or a scam.

Listed below are some of the details that I discovered about the Turbulence Training program:

1. Fat will be lost and muscle will be gained. The aim for anyone attempting to shed pounds is not to only lose weight, but also to gain muscle. This is because muscles are the only things that make the body stronger. Muscles will also keep fat at bay; because muscles require a great deal of energy in order to maintain themselves, the body uses its surplus energy on these muscles rather than storing it as fat.

When undertaking the program, you will not only lose weight, but also gain valuable lean muscles and become healthy and strong.

2. This program will need to be utilized at least twice a week. You will be disappointed if you expect to see results during the first week, as with all weight loss programs, you will not see the results until a couple of weeks have passed.

It is also important, as with any weight loss program, to be committed to the system. This system needs to be worked at for at least three weeks in order to see real results. If you find it difficult and cannot envisage the commitment of a fitness program, then Turbulence Training is not for you.

3. Turbulence Training is an intense training and workout program. The exercises are the focal point of this program. However, the intense exercises that are involved in this program are not for every body type. It is of great importance that you undertake a consultation with your doctor before beginning the Turbulence Training program in order to ensure that you are fit enough.

4. This program is designed for busy people. If you find that you do not have the time for exercises, then Turbulence Training is the one for you. Because it uses extensive workouts to assist people in losing weight, you will not need to spend three or four hours at the gym.

Therefore, based on the above evaluation, as well as the fact that it can assist a person to effectively lose weight, I can safely conclude that the Turbulence Training program is a genuine weight loss program that really does work.

Weight Loss Programs - Turbulence Training Vs FatLoss4Idiots!

Did you hear about these two popular weight loss programs?

I'm talking about turbulence training and the well known FatLoss4Idiots.

While there are a lot of very popular methods to lose weight, trying each of them is not the best way to burn fat.

In fact, what you need to do is to make some research on the Internet before you decide to buy a fat loss method.

How to choose the best fat loss method?

It's a tough question. There are so many programs that it's really difficult to point someone in the good direction.

Plus the program you will choose need to be in line with your current lifestyle.

As an example, if you are short on time and are not reluctant to do thirty to forty five minutes of exercises five times a week, you may want to try Craig Ballantyne's "turbulence training" method.

I am a martial artist and former body guard, and it is the method I prefer because I've always been doing exercises.

In fact, I found that exercises keep you in shape. You don't even need to take care about what you eat.

Sure, you need to avoid all these junk foods (that harm your body rather than anything else), but you can eat what you want.

Another popular weight loss method is "fatloss4Idiots". Many people who want to burn the fat have a lot of success with this diet program and you may want to try it.

Make sure that you don't try to different weight loss programs at the same time because you will not be able to tell which one worked.

Whether you choose the Fatloss4idiots.com system or Craig Ballantyne's turbulencetraining.com, you will need to do exercises regularly.

You can't go wrong when you follow any of these two weight loss programs.

Finally! Discover a powerful weight loss system used by thousands of bodybuilders and people around the world to obtain low-low body fat level. Learn how you too can get rid of your stomach fat for good when you visit: http://www.positiveattitude4life.com

Turbulence Training - Weight Loss And Muscle Building For Busy People

It seems everyone today want to be slim, trim, and firm. Everyone wants to build muscle and lose weight fast. They have lots of plans as to how to achieve that, but for the most part they don't get to do everything they set out to do.

People today just don't have time. Careers become more and more competitive and demanding. Family requires more and more as kids are born and are growing up, parents getting older. Social lives take a central part of everyone's lives. And still people was to be fit, lose weight, build muscle.

Acclaimed trainer Craig Ballantyne thought along those lines when he created Turbulence Training, which was considered revolutionary and groundbreaking when it first came out.

Turbulence Training is an intense training program directed toward busy people - each session, complete with warm-up and rest intervals, lasts no longer than 45 minutes. But these 45 minutes are packed with strength and cardio exercises, intended to make you build muscle and lose fat fast, in a very intensive manner. Most sessions don't require driving to the gym, as they can be done effectively at home - so even more time is saved.

I'm a busy man myself; I make it a point not to spend too much time exercising, so my training plan has to be intense and efficient. I have to admit I haven't tried Turbulence Training myself; I've heard of it too late, when my work plan has already been established and tested over years of trial and error. But if I had heard about it in time, I surely would have tried it. People all over the world have, and the results are astounding.

How is Turbulence Training Different From Other Workouts?

There are tons of different workout programs being marketed all over and Turbulence Training seems to keep coming up so I thought I would give you my opinion of the program. If you bought any online book in the past you probably hesitated for fear of the quality or content of what you would actually be getting. I was actually pleasantly surprised at the amount of information that is shared in the manual. This isn't some pamphlet you will get through in an hour, I promise you. If anything, you will probably go into information overload and have to set it aside for a while.

I chose to print out the entire program and it filled a large three ring binder. Each workout or 3-4 week program that you get includes detailed descriptions and pictures that make it easy to follow along and takes all the guess work out the plan. The idea is to complete one workout plan and then move on to the next one which keeps your body from adjusting to one workout.

1. FOR MEN - Dumbbell / Body Weight Fusion workout, 33 pages
8 week MASS Program, 37 pages
Busy Dads 20-minute workout, 18 pages

2. FOR WOMEN- 4 week Body Sculpting workout, 30 pages
Mastering the Fat Loss Mindset, 31 pages
Fit Yummy Mummy 4 week workout, 26 pages

3. Amazing Abs- a 23 page abdominal training program

4. Abs Fat Burning Exercises- a 30 page abdominal training program that focuses on fat burning

5. Bonus- 4 week body weight workout
Fusion Fat Loss Workout
30 day Maximum Weight Loss Workout
Transformation Secrets
Nutrition Bonus (Detailed Nutrition Plans)

6. You get a one hour MP3 audio going over every detail of the Turbulence Training belly fat burning workouts and fat loss philosophy

7. 1-Month Basic Level Membership to the Turbulence Training Discussion Fat Burning Forums & Other Exclusive Fat Loss Info

There is more info here than most people can digest in a short period of time. I started with the Basic Workout and then went on to harder workouts. I never found myself wondering what to do next which has been my downfall several times before.

I think the only negative I could find is that the workouts are hard at first. Even the body weight workouts will have you sweating in no time. For a workout to be effective in only 3 sessions a week it is certainly going to push you. DON'T expect to jump right into the advanced workouts unless you are an aerobics instructor or are already in perfect shape. These programs WILL challenge you but isn't that the point.

If you are looking for solid well planned out workouts where you can just print them off and head to the gym then this is a program you will appreciate. I think it well serves the beginner all the way to the most advanced athletes. Hope some of this info helps on your journey to getting into better shape.

Turbulence Training - A Fat Loss Program

Turbulence training has been considered as the most effective fat loss training system in the world today and it works faster and more effectively than any other Fat loss program. Turbulence Training is the ultimate workout system developed by Men's Fitness Training Adviser, Craig Ballantyne. This program helps you to lose fat, gain muscles and still maintain a lean body with a minimum workout of less than an hour 3 to 4 times a week. Turbulence Training is a proven way to melt fat faster, while protecting your skillfully developed muscles.

Turbulence training promotes a significant reduction in body fat and an increase in energy levels over a period 4 weeks in association with a proper diet plan. It is a program which demands a lot of energy which may allow you to have more strength than you had before the fat loss program. Turbulence training focuses on the burning of carbohydrates to fat, inorder to burn more calories after the workout is over. Turbulence Training focuses on resistance training and interval training. Both of these use carbohydrate as the main source of energy.

So it's obvious the workout is designed to burn carbohydrates during the training session. Turbulence training program’s post-exercise burning of carbohydrates attribute to the principle of anaerobic exercise. Therefore, when you exercise with intervals and heavy resistance training, your body uses more calories in the hours after exercise than it would if you did traditional cardio and lifted lighter weights. The heavy resistance helps in promoting protein yield and an enhanced body composition.

Turbulence Training also helps women maintain an attractive feminine physique. It helps you to lose fat, gain muscle, sustain weight loss and say good-bye to your love handles forever. Recent studies have revealed that, all fitness models, body builders and athletes and even common people should include high intensity resistance and interval training for fat loss and muscle development. Exercise intensity is the determining factor for post-exercise energy expenditure and fat loss success. But interval training is more effective for burning body fat and maintaining muscle mass than regular cardio.

Turbulence Training is a structured routine that allows you to get the most results in the least amount of time indifferent of your goals. This fat loss program induces a metabolic disturbance in the body which occurs from muscle damage invoked by intense interval and resistance training creating a potent stimulus for fat loss and muscle growth. Thus burning more calories and fat, developing a better metabolic body condition and gaining enough muscles compared to any other Weight loss program.
