Turbulence Training - How Do You Do It?

Turbulence Training is a work out program developed by Craig Ballantyne, CSCS, M.Sc. He is a fitness expert and consultant to Men's Fitness Magazine, as well as Maximum Fitness. It is focused on getting your body in better shape, as well as burning fat. It is made up of a 6 week introductory program, followed by a 4 week intermediate program. These programs work into a 16 week advanced training portion. It is designed so that someone following the program can work into each phase gradually but effectively.
