The "Turbulence Training" Program Vs Five Myths About Fat Loss

Five Common Myths About How To Burn Fat

#1. It's Important To Do Cardio In The Morning On An Empty Stomach.

This isn't even close to true! There's no magic time to work out that's going to make your fat burning efforts more effective and there's nothing about working out on an empty stomach that will make you burn more calories. In fact it will probably make you burn less calories if you think about it. Why? Because you won't have the energy to work out as hard!

#2. You Should Do Cardio Only In The "Fat Burning Zone."

No. It's better to do interval training. Don't fall into the trap of thinking you'll get great results by not pushing yourself. It's nonsense! Look at the contestants on The Biggest Loser. They aren't simply doing a walk. They aren't doing a lazy ride on an exercise bike. They are really pushing it!

#3. You Must Do Cardio Every Day.

Thankfully this is not true either. In fact you should get better results by working out less often (but harder.)

#4. You Have To Do At Least 20 Minutes Of Cardio To Start Burning Fat.

This is another baseless claim that has no relationship to reality. As with most of these types of myths as soon as you start thinking about it rationally you realize it makes no sense.

#5. It's Impossible To Gain Muscle And Lose Fat At The Same Time.

Another myth that is shattered when put to the test.

The Turbulence Training Program

This program includes workouts which are not based on these ridiculous myths but instead based on real science and real results. You can get great results with just three 45 minute workouts a week if you work out in the "right way." That's what this program is designed for. It has been created to help people learn how to workout in the most effective way possible so that they can work out less often with better results. The best of both worlds.
