Turbulence Training Results and Statements

Some background knowledge first. Turbulence Training is created by Craig Ballantyne, and is world-popular for 2 main reasons. First of all, it is adapted to a busy lifestyle. If you're a busy person, you do not have countless hours to waste at the gym. Turbulence Training programs are designed for full effect in 45 minutes a day, 3 days a week. The second reason is that this program can be done at home with minimal equipment, with the same results. If you're a stay-at-home mother, or someone that isn't confident enough to face the gym with the large bodybuilders at every machine, Turbulence Training is perfect for doing at home, and building up that confidence, or burning the fat you see in the mirror each day.

A controlled experiment was performed to test the success of Turbulence Training. At the beginning of the program, the subject weighed 223 lbs, and had 18% body fat. At the end of the 12 weeks, the subject weighed 187 lbs, with 13% body fat. The before and after images really showed the muscle increase and the fat decrease. Through this controlled test, it has been determined that Turbulence Training does live up the the "World's Best Fat Loss Program" description. The only downside of Turbulence Training that has been found was that the workouts do not target single muscle groups, but the entire body. This results in fat loss evenly distributed throughout the entire body, as opposed to certain areas.
