Are you going to continue what you are doing and keep becoming bigger and bigger? Or you are willing to start doing the proper exercises that help you to lose fat and gain muscle?

It's a fact that whenever you are in vacation or just taking some good time with your family or friends, you are going to change your eating habits.

Although you have the intention to train while you are on vacation, you are probably not going to do anything.

Unfortunately, this happens to me, and I don't know for you, but I hate seeing this horrible belly fat. It's very easy to forget that you need to stay fit.

Why I like to stay fit?

I'm just like that. As a martial artist, getting a six pack abs and strong muscles isn't a choice, it's an obligation.

Whether I'm on vacation or working on my computer, I make sure that I have some time to train and do my exercises.

Now, with a wife and two kids, I am way more busy that I was before. I used to train more than 5 hours per day. Cardio, bodybuilding and martial arts.

Today, I am trying to train more efficiently because I have less time.

I like to practice strength and interval training. I only focus on good exercises, and unlike many people, I try to only do the workouts that I really like, and most importantly, I make sure that I don't get bored by doing the same exercise routines all the time.

For this reason, it is good that you change my workouts from time to time.
