Turbulence Training Results and Statements

If you've still not heard of Turbulence Training from your neighbor or co-worker, Turbulence Training is North America's leading fat loss program. The results reported on a daily basis are astounding, but is this program for you?

Some background knowledge first. Turbulence Training is created by Craig Ballantyne, and is world-popular for 2 main reasons. First of all, it is adapted to a busy lifestyle. If you're a busy person, you do not have countless hours to waste at the gym. Turbulence Training programs are designed for full effect in 45 minutes a day, 3 days a week. The second reason is that this program can be done at home with minimal equipment, with the same results. If you're a stay-at-home mother, or someone that isn't confident enough to face the gym with the large bodybuilders at every machine, Turbulence Training is perfect for doing at home, and building up that confidence, or burning the fat you see in the mirror each day.

A controlled experiment was performed to test the success of Turbulence Training. At the beginning of the program, the subject weighed 223 lbs, and had 18% body fat. At the end of the 12 weeks, the subject weighed 187 lbs, with 13% body fat. The before and after images really showed the muscle increase and the fat decrease. Through this controlled test, it has been determined that Turbulence Training does live up the the "World's Best Fat Loss Program" description. The only downside of Turbulence Training that has been found was that the workouts do not target single muscle groups, but the entire body. This results in fat loss evenly distributed throughout the entire body, as opposed to certain areas.

Turbulence Training - Any Good? - Personal Experience Story

Over the past year, Turbulence Training has swept North America by storm. Claimed to be one of the best minimum input/maximum output (MIMO) programs, I've decided to give it a shot, and answer the question: Is Turbulence Training any good?

As I started, I was at 220 lbs, with 18% body fat.

Turbulence Training is based on the principle of building muscle and losing fat at the same time. How is this possible? One lb of muscle burns 50 calories a day for maintenance. This is without being worked out. It burns those calories just sitting there that day. As a person builds more muscle, the muscle begins to burn more and more fat within the body. Which ultimately allows you to build muscle while burning fat!

After four weeks on Turbulence Training I was at 205 lbs, with 16% body fat, and I've gone down 2 waist sizes.

So how long does the Turbulence Training routine take? That's the beautiful part. A Turbulence Training workout takes 45 minutes a day, and only 3 days a week. I'm a marketing strategy director for an established Web Development company, so I've got little time to work out and take care of myself. This program fit my busy schedule perfectly.

At eight weeks, I was at a proud 192 lbs, 14% body fat, and another 2 waist sizes smaller!

What amazed me is that Turbulence Training is individualized. Craig Ballantyne, creator of Turbulence Training has different routines for men and for women, taking their differences into account for customized training programs. There is no fluff, no supplement promotions, and you don't even have to go to the gym to work out. He has customized programs allowing you to workout at home. After all, walking into a gym and seeing 300 lb bodybuilders can intimidate your efforts pretty quickly!

By the end of the 12th week, I went down to 180 lbs. I was at 12.5% body fat, and was a proud size 32.

So my experience? Terrific! I lost 40 lbs, and 5 waist sizes in 3 months! And that was my lesson. It's hard to start when you don't know where to start. When you have a professional cramming all of the material into you, a bite at a time, it's very hard not to succeed.
