Turbulence Training Review - Does Craig Ballantyne's Program Really Work?

When it comes to losing weight, you've got to be wary. After all, with so many scammers out there, it's hard to believe most of the stuff you see advertised out there. That's why today I'd like to take the time and give you the scoop on Craig Ballantyne's Turbulence Training. With that said, this is my own personal turbulence training review and a review of the turbulence training eBooks. For starters, Craig Ballantyne is actually one of the few fitness "experts" out there that is uniquely qualified to be giving out fitness advice. He's been featured in Men's Health Magazine and is also a Certified Strength And Conditioning Specialist.

Bottom line: This guy knows his stuff, and actually brings a lot of value to the table. One of the main things you'll find in the Turbulence Training program is the fact that Craig doesn't believe in long, slow, boring cardio (like walking on the treadmill for hours on end). Instead, he's designed a series of workouts (which only take 30 - 45 minutes to do) that are specifically designed to boost your metabolism into overdrive. In short, you work out your muscles AND your cardio, simultaneously. By using the Turbulence Training workouts, you just have to work out a minimum of 3 times a week. So even if you're busy, you'll be able to follow this program. When you get Craig's eBook, you'll find different workouts, depending on your level. There's a beginner workout which lasts 4 weeks.

There are also intermediate and advanced workouts. Regardless of which plan you start out with, all of them are designed to keep your body on its toes - preventing adaptation. This means that the results will come quick and furious ... even after a month of following the program. The exercises you'll be doing are very good too. They don't require too much equipment. In fact, you could even do the workouts at home if you get yourself a bench, a set of dumbbells and an Ab ball. Losing Weight in Less Than 3 Hours a Week - A Review of Turbulence Training

Do you want to get into shape and lose weight without killing yourself? Of course you do! We all want to lose weight and get into the best physical condition that we can.

I reviewed the Turbulence Training Program and I expected to see a program that was designed for the super jocks or the youngsters, however, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the program is designed for almost everybody regardless of our present condition.

There are different parts of the program that deal with beginners, those that are intermediate exercisers and of course those that are in shape and looking for a challenge to get that chiseled look.

At the beginning I found tips on how to train in a safe manner. There's nothing worse that starting a program and injuring yourself. The time lost for recovery is devastating and during this interlude you'll probably fall back and gain a couple of those unwanted pounds.

During the introduction to the program I learned about Craig Ballantyne's theory of attacking fat loss and getting into peak condition. The key principles involved for the program include intensity, variety and change. Using these key elements you will see remarkable results within a short period of time.

The program is designed for busy men and women and most of the exercise periods last about 45 minutes. So the question is "do you have 3 hours per week to spend to lose weight and get your ideal body"? This is only 3 or 4 days and it is time well spent.

A typical exercise session for the beginner includes a warm up session. This is followed by a series of exercises done back to back with no or little time between the different exercises. There are 3 sets of the basic exercises and then it is followed by approximately 20 minutes of interval training.

Interval training is doing a set of cardio exercise, increasing intensity as the period progresses. An example can be shown by using the treadmill. Each interval is done for 1 minute beginning with a very slow walk and at the end of the minute you increase the speed one notch. This is done for 5 intervals increasing the speed after each one and the last interval you are running as fast as you can. After completing the highest speed you drop back down to the slow walk and repeat the process. The total number is a total of 4 complete rounds which gives a total of 20 minutes and this makes a very good work out.

Each work out day is followed by an off day. During the off day you should try and walk or move for at least 30 minutes. No strenuous tasks that might interfere with the recovery process. As with all programs; you do need to monitor your food intake.

One of the neat things I found in the program is that there are pictures and explanations along with videos for the different exercises that will eliminate confusion about how an exercise should be performed.

The bottom line is that I recommend this program very highly and I have even invested in it myself. Join me and let me know how you do. Turbulence Training - An Honest Review

If you're reading this, you are probably researching  programs touted as "lose fat gain muscle fast" or "fat burning" to see if they are scams or for real, so I'm happy to share my experiences with you. I had tried every kind of workout known to man or beast, had reached a plateau and could not lose those last pounds of fat. Despite exercising every day and doing plenty of cardio, there was just no change in my body and I was deadly sick of working out. Then I happened to find Turbulence Training while browsing the net, and WOW!  It has been over a year, I've seen fantastic change, lost that fat,  gained muscle and definition, and have promoted this program to all my friends, particularly sports trainers. This system is not a scam. It's definitely the most bang for your buck, and more importantly, for your time.  It's fast, takes minimal time - 45 minutes, 3 times a week - for maximum results, and, what's more, it's never boring because of the variation and the quickly visible results. Craig's program is a combination of interval training and resistance, or weight training, that burns fat while building muscle. Yes, you've heard this before but this is the real thing.   Do it at your own convenience with a minimum of equipment.  It's intense, but it's really easy to understand and and get going immediately, and there's no long, boring cardio.
